What is Couture & Scy?
Couture & Scy is a ready-to-wear and couture brand made by hand in very limited quantities, in an artisanal and conscious approach.
Where are the parts manufactured?
All creations are made in France, in my workshop, by hand.
Are your pieces handcrafted?
Yes. Each piece is the result of handcrafted work, requiring time, precision and sewing expertise.
Are the parts in stock?
All items are available for pre-order or made to order , depending on the model.
Are the quantities limited?
Yes. Each model is produced in very limited series. Once sold out, it is not remade.
Will there be a restock?
No. There are no restocks of sold-out models in order to preserve the exclusivity of each creation.
Can I reserve an item?
No. Reservations are not possible. The order is only confirmed after payment.
How do Couture & Scy pieces fit?
The cuts are designed to be loose, comfortable and elegant, suitable for different body types.
Is a size guide available?
Yes. A size guide is available on the website to help you choose.
Can I adjust the length?
Yes, depending on the model, the length can be customized (indicated on the product sheet).
Do you offer fully customized services?
Complete customization is not offered on all items. When possible, this is clearly indicated.
What are the production times?
Delivery times vary depending on the model and the time of year. On average, allow between 7 and 25 business days.
Why are the delays sometimes so long?
Each piece is hand-sewn in limited quantities, which requires time and meticulous work.
Can I request an urgent order?
Rush orders are not guaranteed. Please contact us before ordering.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times are in addition to production times and vary depending on your country.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver to several countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Are customs fees included?
Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return or exchange an item?
No. As the items are made to order and personalized , they cannot be returned or exchanged , in accordance with the law.
What if the item doesn't fit me?
We encourage you to carefully consult the size guide and contact us before ordering if you have any doubts.
What to do in case of a defect?
In case of a proven defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt , with supporting photos.
What fabrics do you use?
We select quality fabrics (crepe, linen, muslin, cotton, etc.), chosen for their drape and durability.

Yes. Some collections are available primarily to subscribers.
